Loving Kindness, also goes by the Tibetan name of Bodhicitta. In this Sunday morning meditation we will practice the skill of increasing our unconditional love for others and ourselves. When we can give more freely we are more generous, relaxed, less irritated, more happy, and less aware of our own worries. This meditation will be part teaching, part guided meditation and part presence meditation. We will explore how bodhicitta supports the development of wisdom and vice versa.
